Working with Steve has been a pleasure. His process has been simple and informative. When meeting, he feeds off of the energy you give him and asks the questions that make sure your product is attainable, reachable and relatable to your student body. He understands no two groups are the same and strives to make a product that fits YOUR ensemble.

Working with him was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Communication was easy and consistent, and he brought a wealth of creative, forward-thinking ideas to the table. He went above and beyond to make our vision happen—even when it meant extra challenge on his end. The drill was engaging to watch, rigorous yet logical for students to march, and genuinely fun for the kids to perform. As the visual designer, I was able to seamlessly incorporate our visual concepts and expand the show’s visual vocabulary. He is extremely knowledgeable about modern drill design, skillfully balances the guard within the ensemble, and our judges’ tapes consistently reflected the strength of his work throughout the season.
